Frequently Asked Questions

Tickets can be purchased online via the What’s On section of our website. Simply select a show from the list and click through to the individual booking page. Information about each show, including times, dates and venues can all be found here.

An in-person Box Office will also be available on Granville Island next to Festival House (V6H 3R8) during the Festival period. However, we encourage all patrons to book in advance in order to secure a seat.

All tickets are available at a $15 flat rate. If you are purchasing for 4 shows or more, consider one of our multi-buy discount packages. Alternatively, you can become a Friend of Vancouver Fringe for $10 per month, granting you access to an 18% discount on every ticket*.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
All attendees are required to carry an individual Festival Membership (a one-off $10 fee), granting you access to each and every show in this year’s Fringe. You can add a Festival Membership for each member of your party during the booking process. For more information, please visit our How to Book page.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes ahead of your booked performance. This will provide enough time for you to use the washroom if necessary, purchase any refreshments, and be guided to your seat by one of our Festival Volunteers.

You need not worry about presenting your ticket. Our Festival Volunteers will be prepared with a list of attendees ahead of each performance. Simply state your name or list of party members, and you’ll be directed straight to your seat.

Priority seating is held at all venues for those with accessibility needs. We ask that these patrons identify themselves to one of our Festival Volunteers ahead of their booked performance in order for them to be seated first.

This year, we will also be offering a selection of ASL and Low-vision Friendly performances across the Festival. For more information about accessibility, please visit our Access page.

We understand that some shows may trigger challenging emotions for audience members. We aim to be as transparent as possible about the nature of each performance. This information can be found under ‘Content Warnings’ on each individual booking page.

If you have further questions about the booking process, or concerns about a particular performance, please get in touch with us via boxoffice@vancouverfringe.com and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
