Meet the fringe veteran Chase and welcome him back to this year’s festival with the show Chase Padgett: Lucky Break. In our latest blog, we will know more about his latest theatre journey and life inspiration.

Briefly introduce yourself/your company…
I’m a fringe veteran who has been touring the circuit since 2011! Some of my solo shows like 6 Guitars.

What is it that makes your work/company unique
I’m one of the few fringe artists that really weaves solid guitar playing with storytelling, and comedy. To me, music is just another kind of story and we as artists are supposed to bring the audience along for the ride, no matter the medium.

What kind of experience do you hope audiences will have during your show?
Lucky Break will give any audience a unique look at being on a big network TV singing show while also bring a real touch of humanity.

Without spoilers, tell us what you think audiences will remember most about your show?
Audiences will remember what’s really important after Lucky Break; love, family, and purpose.

What do you think is the best thing about the Fringe?
The best thing about fringe? Getting to see tons of great cool shows from awesome fellow creatives. Also, it’s the cheapest theatre ticket in town!

What is the most important thing you hope audiences will take away from your show?
I hope audiences leave my show with a laugh and a smile.

Tickets for Chase Padgett: Lucky Break are on sale now, taking place at Performance Works from 8 – 18 Sep. Book your spot today for just $15 per person!
