Wit & Whimsy: An Improvised Regency Romance

Regency Impro

Do you like your romances written by women? Join us for a fully improvised play inspired by the works of Jane Austen, particularly Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility. Our show brings to life all the charm, wit, and scandal of the Regency era, complete with sharp-tongued heroines, brooding suitors, meddling relatives, and unexpected twists of fate.

Audiences can expect to see classic Regency tropes such as countryside picnics, unexpected proposals, elegant balls and, of course, the ever-present pressure of securing the most advantageous match.

No two performances are the same, as our cast creates a completely new love story each night. Filled with misunderstandings, longing glances, and delightfully dramatic declarations. Whether our characters find love, ruin, or something in between, one thing is certain: it will all unfold with wit, whimsy, and a touch of Austenian flair.
