Qi-Pao and Totally 80's are two plays that both deal with young people coming to terms with their own internal struggles. Qi-Pao focuses on Julie, a mixed-Asian girl, when she tries on a qi pao dress is then confronted by her Chinese and White reflections who pull her a part emotionally. Totally 80's explores young queer love in the 80's and what it means to fall in love with some else from across the sea, aided by a Greek chorus.
