Performing Memories

Michael Park

Pianist Michael Park makes his Fringe debut with a tour-de-force for solo speaking-pianist. That's right, he can tickle the ivories while telling a tale!

'Performing Memories' recounts the first time the narrator looked inside various objects from his past, taking the audience on a journey of self-discovery through themes of isolation, shame, fear and death; but also exploration, joy, love and belonging. Packed with 90's nostalgia, this gay-boy coming-of-age story will tug at all your heart's strings, then soothe them back into tune.
