The Vancouver Fringe is a celebration of theatre for everyone featuring more than 800 performances by over 90 artists over 11 days each September. The Fringe employs an “everyone welcome” selection technique—the Mainstage shows are literally drawn out of a hat, giving all artists a chance to participate. The Vancouver Fringe also features unique site-specific theatre where artists stage their work in the nooks and crannies of Granville Island, as part of the Fringe Onsite Program. A lot happens during the Festival – so let us break it down for you.
In 2017, the Festival runs from September 7-17. Tickets will be on sale in August! Over 80 shows will be performing in just 11 days! A full of list of shows will be available on our website, and in our program guide, which will be available online and at at Blenz Coffee locations and various places around the city.
