Fringe Awards Night
As part of our 25th Anniversary Celebration, and to fulfill our role of developing the theatre community, the Fringe Festival is hosting the Fringe Awards Night!
Not only will we announce the Public Market Pick of the Fringe winners (which are chosen by audience votes), but there’s lots of other awards too! With our friends at The Cultch, we present the “Cultchivating the Future Award.” The Fringe show that demonstrates unique potential is rewarded with a run at the Cultch. There’s also the “Talk of the Fringe Award.” Plank Magazine will recognize the show that generates the most online and in person buzz and displays the best marketing savvy. The buzziest Fringe show wins a $500 print credit from Industry Images and a $500 credit for video work from Michael Sider Video.
Check out the other fun awards we have lined up here. And stay tuned to our website for more info about the Fringe Awards Night!
